Amidst an exciting summer season that sees Ministry of Sound prepare to celebrate 25 years as a clubbing institution, the latest announcement from the Southwark superclub sees Adam Beyer and Ida Engberg confirmed to play an exclusive all night long takeover on Saturday 16th July.
Both techno powerhouse’s in their own right – with Adam the founder of Drumcode and Ida a certified Ibiza favourite – there’s no denying the level of chemistry the Swedish DJ’s share. With their signature back-to-back sets a staple in their touring schedule, the newly-married power couple of techno have graced some of the most respected stages across the globe and count the likes of Awakenings festival, DC10 and Space in Ibiza as hotspots – setting up their b2b debut at Ministry of Sound to be just as memorable.
Calling on fellow party starters LWE as hosts for the evening, the respected club brand has continuously championed Adam and Ida throughout their trajectory and were responsible for presenting the very first Drumcode show in the UK back in 2010. Renowned for their astute attention to detail that’s perfectly placed amongst Ministry of Sound’s faultless soundsystem, LWE will also welcome Danish duo Anek and house and techno up and comers Solardo, who will each deliver extended 3 hour sets respectively.
