Jimmy's BBQ Club returns for a 4 month run...

Summer is almost upon us and due to popular demand TV chef Jimmy Garcia brings last summer’s roadblock success Jimmy’s BBQ Club back across this summer bigger and better than before.
From May 18th - end of August 2016 every Wednesday - Friday come rain or shine, Jimmy’s table top BBQ's will be out and under cover, creating a perfect way to spend a summer's evening.
Imagine a place with state of the art mini Green Egg BBQ's on each table and a whole host of rare breed meats, marinades, sauces and intricate side dishes. All set in a beautiful central London garden with beehives, vegetable patches and a Bring Your Own Booze license.
This enchanted central London venue will be open for grilling, basting and drinks whilst we providing all the tools to grill all the meats, whilst chefs lovingly preparing intricate side dishes to accompany the feast.
Jimmy’s BBQ Club has partnered up with the champion league of BBQ's - The Big Green Egg, table top cooking's never been so good, there will also be fire cooking on a brand new 'toy' not yet launched in the UK - The OFYR fire pit.
There will be whole Kegs (yes kegs) of craft beer for the table along with garden cocktails from the flowerbeds in the garden as well as DIY cocktail boxes, where BBQer’s are invited to be their own mixologist for the evening with an honesty bar to help themselves to.
Jimmy and his band of merry (sometimes very merry) men have a crazy summer lined up, catering backstage Glastonbury, over 30 weddings, events in Cannes, Ibiza and even Jura, it’s going to be a summer filled with food, fun and good times with a whole load of creativity and flare.
Jimmy also has some exciting pop up evenings planned in June and July as well, teaming up with ex Nathan Outlaw chef Ranulph Lees to create a Surf and Turf
concept as well as his pop up the space is available for birthday parties and private events.

ROUND 1 – “NO SUCH THING AS A VEGGIE BBQ”
Charred Peach, Hay Smoked Goats Curd Salad, Mint Oil, Pomegranate, Peashoots,
- the peach is glazed and finished on the BBQ
Heritage Tomato Salad marinated in Sherry Vinegar, Wild Nettle Pesto, Salted Almonds, Asparagus finished on the BBQ
ROUND 2 - “SING FOR YOUR TUNA"
‘Tuna Nicoise’ - BBQ Corn Puree, Samphire, Soft Boiled 1/2 Duck Egg, Lemon Vinaigrette, Lemon Potatoes – Tuna Steak finished on the BBQ
ROUND 3 – “MEATS, MARINADES AND GRILL FOR THE THRILL”
Beef Tail Fillets, Red Pepper and Honey Emulsion, Raw Kimchi Salad with Mint and Coriander, Wild Rice, Marinated in Cola and Soy
Chicken Wings, both placed on the BBQ and served with a selection of marinades
Corn on the Cob with herb butter
