For the third issue in our 10 by Ten series, celebrating 10 years of Lazy Days, we have a special combo in the form of Martin Iveson aka Atjazz and Fred Everything. The pair have known each other for longer than they would like to admit and have collaborated on more things than you know, since Fred’s first album Under The Sun (20:20 Vision) all the way to Atjazz’s seminal Remix of Mercyless and back and forth Remixes and Joint collaborations. Above all musical collaboration is a long lasting strong friendship and mutual support and respect for each other’s life and musical journey.
For this edition, Martin was kind enough to write a special Martin Iveson song, Atjazz’s newer musical venture that you will be hearing much more of in the next few months. Leave Me Here showcases his years explorations into sonic worlds, constantly pushing boundaries.
Fred’s track, Gentle As The Sun, was gently sitting there waiting to be released at the right moment. It was originally supposed to come out on Koze’s Pampa but as time passed by, we selfishly decided to keep it for Lazy Days instead.
This music is from our humble hearts to yours. We hope you enjoy it.
