FooR are a four-piece collective of producers, musicians and DJs at the forefront of the current UK Garage revival, and with the anthem of the summer locked and loaded.
The sound of UK Garage has always had a stronghold in the capital and throughout the home nations, but over the last few years its influence has become more internationally prevalent than ever. And right at the centre of the movement are FooR, the Southampton-based act championing the garage sound for a new generation.
‘3 Words’ is an out-and-out garage anthem. Skipping along on a shuffling beat, its bouncing low end, classic strings and sublime vocal performance from Effie means ‘3 Words’ can hold its own against any of the seminal anthems you could care to pitch it against.
