5 acts not to miss at Wonderwood!

Wonderwood is the brand new, boutique forest summer event, from the expert team behind the game-changing PierJam and BassJam events. Taking place on Saturday July 27th 2019, the essential, one-day event will invite guests deep into the mystical forest of Witton Country Park in the rolling hills of Lancashire where they will be mesmerised by three beautiful and bespoke stages, a luxury VIP area, mouthwatering global cuisine and awe-inspiring production, as well as some of the biggest names in the electronic music universe.

Gorgon City – Panoramia Stage

The North London duo shot to fame in 2013 with ‘Real’. Ever since then, they have continued to set a precedence for live electronic music acts across the globe. After an incredible performance at this year’s Coachella, there is no doubt the Matt and Kye will be a firm favourite at Wondewood.

Holy Goof – The Warren

Coventry-bred DJ, producer and former boxer, Holy Goof, always delivers a knockout performance. Hailed by many as the king of bass music, he is no stranger to the big stage and has warranted attention from the likes of Martin Garrix, Post Malone, Drake and various other major hitters in the music industry. Expect high-octane entertainment and a gripping performance at very least!

Bugzy Malone – The Warren

Aaron Davis, better known by his stage name Bugzy Malone, is one of Manchester’s finest exports and flies the flag for Grime music on a global scale. Described as one of the key MCs instigating a “grime revival” in recent times, Bugzy thrives in the festival environment and will no doubt turn a lot of heads at Wonderwood this year.

Todd Terry – Arcane

Brooklyn’s very own Todd Terry is always considered as an instrumental figure when it comes to house music and its interesting, progressive history. Todd’s distinct blend of hip-hop, disco and Chicago-inspired selections are always a storytelling experience; prepare for the next lesson in your musical education with Todd in July.

SASASAS – The Warren

The leviathan combination of Skibadee, Shabba D, Harry Shotta, Phantasy and Macky Gee almost seems like a mini-festival wrapped up inside one act. Some of the most-explosive MCs and DJs in drum and bass history need very little introduction, hold on to your hats! #junglepower

Wonderwood is set to be a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life as it takes you into a magical, immersive world. Guests can lose themselves to an incredible soundtrack of house, bass, grime and techno, safe in the knowledge that the Wonderwood team will bring all their experience and know-how to ensure the production, organisation and sound systems will all be of the highest order.

Tickets start at just £37.50, with VIP tickets from £50 and all available from www.wonderwoodfestival.com.
