Hurricane: Ernest Kalinin Delivers Three Groovy House Cuts

Ernest Kalinin lands on Brook Gee Records with Hurricane, a playful and groove-focused three-track house package built around infectious hooks, warm basslines and clever production details. The title track sets the tone with bleepy synth accents, classic vocal chops, a distinctive FM bass and plenty of filtering, creating a catchy jam with instant dancefloor appeal.

“Like Daddy” shifts the focus toward swinging rhythms and filtered house stabs, delivering a stripped-back groove with plenty of character and movement. Closing the release, “Dolphin” dives into a more irreverent territory, pairing a tasty house framework with a soft acid bassline that adds just the right amount of bite.

Across all three tracks, Kalinin balances old-school house influences with crisp, contemporary production, making Hurricane a versatile and energetic addition to any DJ set.
