This coming Monday, July 7th Pacha is proud to offer an exclusive performance of a dance music legend, Giorgio Moroder, visionary and pioneer in the application of synthesizers and electronics in the disco music of the 70’s has remained a meteoric career that has led him to win numerous awards including 3 Hollywood Oscars, 3 Golden Globes and 2 Grammy Awards.
Author of hits such as “I Feel Love” or “love to love you baby” with Donna Summer and their hit “From Here to Eternity”, this Italian artist was the first to bring to the market the album EMC” with synthesized sounds and using samplers, sequencers and vocoders applying digital technology to dance music, and for decades produced music for soundtracks and produced important artists like David Bowie, Debbie Harry, Elton John, Queen or Electric Light Orchestra among many others.
Last year, with his collaboration with Daft Punk, Giorgio Moroder surprised us again bringing his energy back to the Dj booths to make us dance without pause
