Voting Opens For Top 100 DJs Poll 2014
2013’s edition saw a new winner in the form of Dutch powerhouse, Hardwell; the Dutch DJ/producer replaced five-times No.1 Armin Van Buuren. At 25 years old, Hardwell became the Poll’s youngest ever winner. Last year’s Poll received votes from well over 750,000 people and from more than 200 countries, reinforcing its position as the biggest music poll in the world.
This weekend’s poll launch will be celebrated with a party on Saturday night at Amsterdam’s Paradiso, featuring a mystery guest DJ, alongside 2013’s highest climber, Andrew Rayel. Dannic, Dubvision and 2013’s highest new entry, Dyro.
The Top 100 DJs Poll Awards will be held during the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) on Saturday 18 October and will take place at the Amsterdam Music Festival. The presentation partner for the awards is KLM – ‘carrier of the world’s best DJs’.
