Faroe - A Lot Better Now

Faroe is the solo project of Corentin of Concrete Knives (Bella Union), who releases a new video to the lead track of his debut EP ‘Words’. Faroe first streamed the EP’s lead track ‘Blast’ on Soundcloud in Summer ‘15, gaining over 19k listens to date. This new visual for 'A Lot Better Now' was directed and edited by Faroe and Nathanne Le Corre, and filmed by Jonathan WvH

“When I started writing songs for this EP, I was at a turning point in my life and the meaning the lyrics carry was essential to me, they were words that needed to be said and words that needed to be heard. I hope some people will find comfort and confidence in them, because I did."- Faroe

Words is a hypnotic full body of work, full of slick percussion and electronica that will please fans of of Grizzly Bear, James Blake and Sohn. Faroe brings emotions with restraint, balancing a cold electronic production with the honest clarity of his voice.
