ADE 2018 Chooses Pioneer Pro Audio as Official Partner

Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) is an all-encompassing platform for electronic dance music, combining as it does a festival, conferences and a cultural playground that extends across the city for five days in October. The ADE Festival and Playground features more than 450 events, attracts nearly 400,000 visitors and includes live performances from more than 2000 artists. The festival is supplemented by talks, hardware presentations, exhibitions, promotions and interactive events. It would be hard to conceive of a more important event in the global electronic dance music calendar.

This year ADE has partnered with Pioneer Pro Audio, who will be supplying sound systems for 13 of the official event venues. More than 100 units of Pioneer Pro Audio XPRS and XY-Series speakers will be taking care of business, something that underlines the high esteem in which the systems are held. Pioneer Pro Audio continues to expand its presence in the market with a growing list of impressive installs at venues such as fabric (rooms 2 and 3) and appearances at prestigious live events including Tomorrowland and EDC.

Mark Grotefeld, General Manager, Marketing, at Pioneer Pro Audio commented:

"A multi-venue, multi-faceted event like ADE needs high quality, reliable audio. Its management team were familiar with our systems – we supplied solutions for a number of areas at the 2016 event – and we’re delighted that they invited us to work with them again this year. Working closely with our integration partners AVL, Pioneer Pro Audio will provide consistency of quality in every space – something that’s of the utmost importance where audio expectations are understandably high. We’ve forged a great relationship with ADE and we look forward to working with them at and beyond this year’s event.”

ADE runs from Wednesday October 17th to Sunday October 21st.
