Albanian festival UNUM adds more acts…

UNUM Festival today announces a second wave of artists who will be lining up on the perfect coastline resort of Rana e Hedhun, in the town of Shengjin, Albania from May 31st to June 2nd 2019. World class names like Craig Richards, Leon, Adriatique, Raresh, tINI, Zip, Vera, Ferro and many more will be joining already announced headliners including  Luciano, Ricardo Villalobos, Butch, Petre Inspirescu, Praslea, Sonja Moonear, DeWalta, Dyed Soundorom.

This idyllic new festival brings the best in house and techno to a new region for the first time. That region boasts stunning natural beauty on the Albanian Riviera, with dense pine forests, beautiful sea and breathtaking mountain ranges in the background. There will be three stages hosting 24 hours of music across the whole event, with sunrise and sunset parties set to be one of many stunning features of this gathering as well as watersports, sun bathing, local cuisine and cultural trips and much more.

The latest line-up revelations find the long running techno mainstay that is Joseph Capriati bringing his big and powerful sounds, plus fabric resident and Nothing Special label boss Craig Richards serve up his twisted take on house and techno, with Romanian minimalist Raresh serving up his infectious and stripped back sounds. There will be more cult house selections from Perlon boss Zip and minimal favourite Vera, while tech house titan tINI also plays, as does hit making Italian Leon and Dynamic’s melodic house masters Adriatique. With many more talents covering all shades of the underground sonic spectrum you can also look forward to Cap, Cris Rej, Erti Lutaj, Ferro, Franco Cinelli, Hugo Bianco, Igor Vicente Jonny N’Travis, Manoloco, Ohmme, Mike Shannon and Traumer.

Throughout the event, there will be extensive food and drink options including a grill, pizza, salad bar, vegan/veggie offerings, fresh seafood, an ice cream van, vitamin bar, wine and cocktail bar plus a chillout zone with various shops (including vintage festival clothing, sunglasses), various relaxing and fun services such as massage, body/face painting, and plenty of hammocks and alternative entertainment to the main music of the festival.
UNUM Festival has agreed a collaboration with the Tourism Ministry of Albania to facilitate easy access and stress-free attendance to the festival.

This means the best accommodation in the local area has been sourced and will be exclusively operated through UNUM to provide secure quality accommodation ranging from 2 to 5 stars, as well as transfers to Shengjin resort from local airports and ferry port and a complementary festival shuttle service that will run day and night throughout the festival. Package price start from €239 for 3 nights accommodation, transfers, festival shuttle and 3-day festival pass with unlimited re-entry.

Reaching the festival is easy. There are direct flights from all over Europe to Tirana (1hr transfer), Podgorica (2hr), Pristina (2.5hr) and Durres Ferry Port (1.5hr), with UNUM taking care of all transfers to and from the festival for just €20 or included within the price of festival packages.

UNUM Festival takes place at the Rana e Hedhun beach area at the northern end of the resort in Shengjin, Albania. The festival site will be enclosed with access only with festival pass/wristband, which allows for unlimited re-entry to the festival throughout the duration of the event.
