ALI Releases Pop Debut Album ‘Mirage Vol. 1’

Emerging pop singer ALI captivates with the release of her debut album ‘Mirage Vol. 1’. After moving from Spain to London to chase her dreams, the young star has garnered attention with the release of singles such as “Trick Of The Light”, “When the Summer’s Back“, “Hourglass” and “Lonely” which make up part of this project. The Spanish singer draws on her personal experiences to craft ‘Mirage Vol. 1’, a musical expression of her individuality and passion.

The 8-track album showcases the pop synth-led sound ALI has created for herself with the help of producer Yuriy Salud. With crisp and powerful vocals, the singer beautifully draws attention to her lyrics which unfold like a narrative, telling stories of emancipation and love. In tracks like “City Lights” and “Too Hard To Love Me”, dynamic synths and vocal overlays accentuate ALI’s upbeat yet bittersweet pop sound, while she reveals new shades of her artistry in piano-driven songs like “Like A Thousand Days” and “Forget Me, Forgive Me”. ALI describes ‘Mirage Vol. 1’ as a story of expectations and dreams, and how her feelings and perspective changed after moving to London. The album gradually expresses this melancholy and nostalgia that comes with change.

As ALI puts it, “a mirage is something imaginary—it doesn’t exist outside your mind, but you strongly believe in its existence”. This concept comes to life in the album’s focus track, “City Lights”, which sets the scenery for the album’s narrative about chasing dreams, and the unshakable need to turn these dreams into reality. This upbeat pop track showcases the singer’s catchy melodies and storytelling skills brought to life through her strong, full vocals. A story of discovery and self-reflection, “City Lights” is bound to resonate with a wide audience.

Influenced by artists like Taylor Swift and LÉON, ALI proves that she has mastered the art of musical storytelling and knows how to work with a catchy pop sound that resonates with the sound of her inspirations while adding her own, fresh touch.

As an independent artist, ALI takes pride in being able to take part in every step of her musical journey, from the creative process to managing her social media. As suggested from the album’s title, this young artist is just getting started and is already preparing to tell many more heartfelt stories to the world. “I try to write the music I find missing in what would be my ideal playlist,” ALI shares, and with this album, she proves to be a missing piece in today’s pop music landscape.
