Australian producer Arky Waters is gearing up for the highly anticipated release of his next EP, set to drop in November. Before that, he has a special teaser for fans, a captivating track titled ‘Moth’.
In discussing the inspiration behind ‘Moth’, Arky Waters shared, “I wanted to make something really earthy and tribal. A lot of the time electronic music can be seen as this super artificial thing but sometimes when I’m at an event and everyone is moving in unison it really feels like the kick becomes a communal heartbeat. I wanted to see if I could introduce more organic tones into the project whilst still holding on to the power that you find in modern bass music.”
‘Moth’ showcases Arky Waters’ unique ability to blend natural sounds with electronic elements, offering a rich auditory experience that resonates with listeners on multiple levels, marking an exciting moment for Arky Waters as he continues to push the boundaries of his sound.
‘Moth’ is now available on all major streaming platforms, released through Mammal Sounds Records. Stay tuned for more from Arky Waters as he prepares to unveil his full EP next month!
