Raumakustik - Arpe

Already known for creating a fresh new take on current tech house, German duo Raumakustik now delivers it's most impressive tune to date: 'Arpe'. Gaining support from the most varied list of DJs, it's the ultimate record to bridge the gap between underground and mainstream melodic dance music. 'Arpe' is out now on Spinnin' Deep.

German duo Raumakustik has been making waves for years now, releasing groove based tech house / techno on labels like Hot Creations/Hottrax, Toolroom and Suara. Of course, club crowds know them for the 2015 tech house anthem 'Raider', remixed and released by Jamie Jones. But recent club hit 'Dem A Pree' also received critical acclaim, including DJ support by Jamie Jones, Green Velvet, Fatboy Slim and Laidback Luke.

As said, the guys build bridges between genres, and seem to be excelling themselves with 'Arpe', a mesmerizing piece of melodic dance music, blending classic progressive sounds with contemporary deep house.

The record's DJ support underlines this, receiving praise and recognition from both Adam Beyer and Armin van Buuren (!), as well as artists like Aeroplane, Martin Solveig, Noir, Umek, Robin Schulz, Moonbootica, AKA AKA, Mike Mago, Lost Frequencies, Robbie Rivera, Gregor Salto and many, many more.

In short, this record is all over the place, a club favorite with feedback from every corner.

"Normally we do groovy techhouse stuff. But one night we were sitting in the studio with a thoughtful mood, and some beer too. This mixture may be responsible for the melancholic style. The track was ready in the early morning, that's it – we love the song!" – Raumakustik
