Arturo Sanchez Launches New Latin House Record Label ‘La Fiesta NYC’

One of the most respected talents on the North American circuit, with a storied lineage of house music quite literally running through his veins, Mexican/Dominican DJ and producer Arturo Sanchez is leading the charge in an exciting new wave of Latin House music artists. Boasting a burgeoning discography spanning leading labels including Nervous, Undr The Radr, Stashed and Stealth, amongst others, the New Jersey-based talent now looks to explore the next chapter of his artistic journey as he announces the launch of his very own record label ‘La Fiesta NYC’.

Created as home for his own prolific stream of solo productions and collaborations – as well as a platform to support some of his favourite up-and-coming Latin House artists – Arturo’s unique musical upbringing and passion for sizzling, party-starting grooves lies at the heart of everything La Fiesta NYC represents, as he looks to unleash a blistering run of quality output over the course of 2024 and beyond.

Inaugurating the label’s catalogue with his scorching new single ‘Aventura y Romance’ the Mexican-Dominican label boss teams up with long-time friend and debut collaborator Marcos Silva for a bona fidepeak-time heater. Drawing on their wealth of studio experience and creative expertise the two artists combine in perfect accord to deliver a sun-drenched dancefloor cut, backboned by upbeat polyrhythms, expertly manipulated vocal drops and a four-four groove that drives the record across its six-minute duration.

Speaking about the launch of La Fiesta NYC, Arturo Sanchez commented:

“Latin house has been the basis of my passion in house music since I started producing and DJing. I wanted to create the environment for those passionate for this genre to flourish in North America. After five years in the game, I’m ecstatic to bring my auditory visions to life. Carrying the name “Sanchez” in House Music, doesn’t come without its own set of expectations, however, I’m no stranger to delivering under pressure. Whether it was on the Hospital floor or the Dance floor, it’s all the same: Que Viva La Vida!”
