Frank Sonic & L-EX - Atlanta EP

On 16th March 2018 Germany’s esteemed DJ/producer Frank Sonic teams up with long time studio partner L-EX to deliver their debut Atlanta EP for Tube & Berger and Juliet Sikora’s illustrious KittballRecords.

This essential two track EP follows Sonic’s previous outings on labels such as Beat Boutique, Sprout and Traum plus marks Kittball’s third EP release of the year so far, following offerings by Rob Kali and The Deepshakerz.

The EP’s title track ‘Atlanta’ kicks things off, serving up a tight four-to-the-floor house groove, uplifting percussive and synthetic melodies, powerful bass frequencies and an abundance of intense snare rolls to great effect. The track is already proving to be a hit amongst tastemaker DJs around the world including the likes of Solomun – expect to hear this on a dancefloor near you within the spring / summer months.

Next up, the Düsseldorf-based artist provides a solo effort in the form of ‘Ozora’, which encompasses a solid house beat, mesmerising trance-esque melodic textures, lush pad sounds and distinctive horn blasts and to conclude the EP in style. 

Frank Sonic & L-EX Atlanta EP is available exclusively via Beatport on 16th March and everywhere else two weeks later.
