Austrian House Music veteran Mannix launches Dafia Records

Austrian House Music veteran Mannix kicks off 2021 with a bang, introducing his brand new label Dafia Records. With a focus on releasing quality Disco and house music, Dafia launch with a soulful collaboration from Mannix and US vocalist Lee Wilson titled, ‘Do It Right Now’. A funky Disco house affair powered by full live instruments, ‘Do It Right Now’ comes loaded with vibrant brass stabs, warm keys and funky guitar licks that dance around Lee Wilson’s soulful voice. Also on the package is a remix from German Disco connoisseur Phonk D., who amps up the funkiness, delivering an infectious bass grooving filtered Nu Disco vibe.

“I’m extremely happy to announce the birth of DAFIA Records, which will focus on releasing top quality Disco and House music with an emphasis on working with real musicians and exceptional vocalists. You can expect to hear material from industry heavyweights like Terrence Parker, Birdee, Phonk D., Andrea Curato, myself and many more in the coming months. We at DAFIA are all very excited to take this step and are looking forward to the journey ahead!” – Mannix
