FIELD DAY are delighted to announce the next set of acts on the Field Day Saturday 7th June bill.
After two years of silence SBTRKT is back in Victoria Park for Field Day 2014. His set in the Bugged Out tent back in 2012 has become one of the fondest Field Day memories and we can’t wait to see what he’ll bring to the stage this year.
Also on board is artist/producer/songwriter and Field Day alumni Blood Orange aka Dev Hynes, renowned for his beautiful R&B grooves and for working with everybody from Solange, Sky Ferreira and Kindness to Florence + the Machine and even Britney Spears.
Electronic pioneers Simian Mobile Disco join and will be playing brand new music and bring their very special exclusive new live show to Victoria Park. Norweigian producer and
“King of the summer jams” (Mixmag) Todd Terje – LIVE, whose highly anticipated new album is out in March will also be joining.
Three more very special b2b in addition to the already announced Innervisions’ founders Dixon & Ame (b2b): The brilliant Erol Alkan will join Daniel Avery (b2b), while Jackmaster & Oneman will present Can U Dance (b2b) and Slackk will be joined by Samename (b2b). Plus producer of the moment Ryan Hemsworth, The Guardian’s 2014 break-through act Sophie, 1Xtra guest DJ Barely Legal, Panorama Bar resident, RBMA favourite

Mercury Music Prize Nominee Ghostpoet, half-of-TNGHT act Lunice, the very in-demand Éclair Fifi, face-to-watch Charlotte OC have also all been added to Saturday’s line-up.

Field Day Sunday 8th June – PIXIES Only London show
New acts confirmed:
The Horrors/ Temples/ Pond, plus many more to be announced.
Pixies will be joined by the brilliant psychedelic-voyagers The Horrors, who are currently completing final mixes for their elevating, fourth album, to be released this spring – just in time for Field Day.
Also confirmed are Britain’s trippy retro-futurists Temples and their mix of scuzzy glam stomp, dreamy, 12-string-drenched folk-rock and droning psych – all with a new spin. Field Day welcome back psych-rocking Australian act Pond to Victoria Park, Tame Impala’s genial goofier sibling. More exciting news coming very soon.
