Following on from a phenomenal 2015, UK underground duo My Digital Enemy present their brand new EP ‘Back To The Underground Vol 2’, forthcoming on self-proclaimed label Zulu Records on 2nd February.
A three track EP, ‘Back To The Underground Vol 2’ serves up a perfect fusion of the gents’ renowned production abilities. Lead track ‘All The Time’ focuses on a multitude of electronic layers throughout, providing a bass driven workout with old school rave stabs and nineties hip-hop influenced vocals. Next up is ’It Would Be’ which leaps from the sensual sounds of Happy Mondays’ vocalist Rowetta before hitting a fierce drop, displaying a plethora of production elements till the end, whilst ’Do It Like This’ is driven by a catchy vocal hook and a prominent bassline groove – certifying this three track masterpiece as a solid club set smash.
