Barcelona’s ROOM FM launch their new in-house imprint this June, welcoming rising Spaniard Angioma to the label to deliver his ‘Path Of Radiance’ EP.
Founded in August 2016, Barcelona’s ROOM FM has quickly become one of the city’s leading electronic music hubs, welcoming a host of top tier talent from the likes of Eats Everything and Anja Schneider through to FJAAK and Hito to their secret hillside HQ and a number of venues across Spain and Ibiza. With the summer months fast approaching, mid-June will welcome the arrival of the first release via the newly formed in-house label Room Records courtesy of Alexy Billon, aka Angioma, who delivers the four-track ‘Path Of Radiance’ EP following recent material on Christian Smith’s Tronic label.
Kicking things off, title track ‘Path Of Radiance’ pairs blooming melodies with refined percussion and ethereal atmospherics, before employing tough kicks, gritty stabs and rich lead synths within ‘First Lights’. Next, the soaring ‘Aube’ utilises a combination of entrancing builds, pulsating arpeggios and slick drum shots, whilst final cut ‘Extension’ rounds out proceedings as Angioma reveals a suspenseful and hypnotic final production that blossoms and builds impressively throughout.
Angioma ‘Path Of Radiance’ EP is out on Room Records on 18th June 2019.
