Baron (FR) Teams Up with Mel Bundo for ‘Spacer’ on Get Physical Music

With a slew of impressive career releases on the likes of One Tribe Records, MoBlack, Monaberry and AZZUR (to name a few), Baron is an artist with a progressive and diverse musical influence ranging from Jazz, Afro House, Disco and everything in between. His extensive catalogue boasts a unique musical style that’s been supported by some of the most respected tastemakers in the industry, including Pete Tong, Seth Troxler and Bedouin, amongst others. His last release, ‘My Machine’ released on the Azzur label, received big support from WhoMadeWho at Coachella, Nic Fanciulli and many others. He also just released his first EP ‘HILO’ with Dorian Craft, signed to Bedouin’s label Human by Default.

For this new release on Get Physical, Baron once again teams up with his good friend Mel Bundo, whom he first met over a decade ago. This pair has previously released sublime sounds on the likes of AZZUR and cooks up something fantastic again here now.

The gorgeous ‘Spacer’ rides on rubbery bass and deep house drums while balmy pads unfurl up top. They grow increasingly bright and are accompanied by mystic pads, Balearic acoustic guitar strums and crisp percussion that are sure to lock in the crowd and keep them grooving as the sun shines down this summer and beyond.
