LA bass house hero AC Slater has announced his sophomore OWSLA EP, ‘Bass Inside’, out on the 28th April. The title track sets the tone for the EP and highlights the West coast bass house revival that AC has helped bring to the spotlight. AC taps UK legend Chris Lorenzo for the follow up track ‘Flacid’, and rising Baltimore club star TT The Artist for ‘Squeak It Up’ to complete the EP.
AC is among the key names that have made these sounds a staple of Los Angeles dance culture through his acclaimed ‘Night Bass’ parties, which LA Weekly called "The Most Exciting Dance Party In The City." AC Slater will be making his Coachella debut at the Yuma tent – which showcases this integral sound of the SoCal club scene – on both Sundays just before the EP drops.
