BBC Radio 1 reveal it’s annual Café Mambo Ibiza weekend

R1 dance family will host events at the iconic Café Mambo between Friday 3rd and Sunday 5th August

Ahead of its annual event on the white isle, BBC Radio 1 has announced the full line-up for their 2018 Ibiza weekender between Friday 3rd August and Sunday 5th August from 7pm onwards. The iconic San Antonio sunset will be streamed live on the BBC Radio 1 website, on the iPlayer and on the red button.

Taking place at the legendary Café Mambo, MK, Jax Jones, Eats Everything, Patrick Topping andGRAMMY nominees CamelPhat, will join the BBC trio of Pete Tong, Annie Mac, and Danny Howard on Friday evening.

The Sunday will play host to the biggest names in electronic music right now, with DJ sets from Mark Ronson and Monki, as well as an appearance from rising talent Octavian, a live set from the sunset strip with Annie Mac plus a very special guest.

With both events taking place from 7pm UK time onwards, Radio 1’s annual pilgrimage is always one of the most eagerly anticipated events in the Ibiza calendar, and follows last year’s hugely successful event at Café Mambo which saw the likes of Disciples, Black Coffee, Duke Dumont, and Gorgon City all in attendance.
