Belfast’s Weekly Saturday Night Riot Announce March And April Line-ups

For the past two years Belfast boys Timmy Stewart and Jordan have been building a clubbing community in Northern Ireland, hosting weekly Saturday night riot The Night Institute. Priding themselves on genre-spanning selections playing everything from techno to disco, Timmy Stewart and Jordan have a loyal following of partygoers back each week to it’s home at The Foundry club, Belfast. TNI also treats clubbers to the occasional special guest, having recently seen the likes of Krystal Klear, Denis Sulta and Moxie join, and with the likes of LOR, Octave One and Gerd Janson coming up in the next months – there’s no better time to experience it for yourselves. The Night Institute sets the solid gold standard for Belfast’s breakout club circuit, the go-to spot for local electronic aficionados and Belfast visitors alike.

As we head out of the winter darkness and into Spring season, The Night Institute are pleased to announce their schedule for the next two months. March sees the duo bring fresh Irish talent to the club, first up Timmy Stewart’s label Extended Play host rising producer LOR and Running Back affiliate Brian Ring. Later in the month, Belfast Underground Radio selector Marion Hawkes  joins the city’s favourite resident tag team. Across the April Bank Holiday Monday, The Foundry’s custom built sound system is set to be shaken up with a special live show from Detroit techno duo Octave One with support from local legends – the Twitch family DJs. Another special comes in the form of a collaboration with the mighty AVA Festival & Conference – Belfast’s premiere electronic music festival and conference, who will be teaming up with TNI to bring Running Back label head, Gerd Janson into the mix. And of course, every week, Timmy Stewart and Jordan will be taking the reigns with their signature TNI eclecticism and crate digging, with a few surprises along the way.

The 500 capacity space where TNI finds its home, is Belfast’s newest music destination, The Foundry. The underground space features a state of the art sound system, meaning DJs and audience alike get a full, heavy sonic experience. With a focus on consistent, quality music, the club night leads with the sounds of its residents, only booking guests whose taste resonates with their diverse music policy which embodies that of the Belfast spirit: ballsy, unapologetic, and eclectic.
