Belgium-based dynamic rock trio ODO has released their highly-anticipated debut EP, The less we are, the more I am. Renowned for their excellent, inventive rock, and exciting live performances, they have opened for PJDS at an AB Club that was packed, and they dominated stages such as Hindu Nights, Charlatan, Theatre Aan Zee, and Ville En Vert, while nothing that one of their greatest moments was their performance at Gentse Feesten in the summer of last year, capping the Trefpunt stage with an incredible display.
For two years, the band worked together in their studio and practice area to create the EP. With elements of pop rock, hard rock, indie-pop, indie-rock, and pop punk, they traverse genres with unmatched ease and flexibility, a discography that represents their creative and limitless worldview. This intriguing selection of songs will enthral listeners with its compelling melodies and captivating orchestration, taking them to a world of captivating soundscapes.
Their vivid tones highlight their excellent work on the seven tracks that provide listeners an honest and visceral experience. Heartbreakingly mixed with intense rock choruses and moving acoustic ballads, the tunes cover themes of love, loss, struggle, and sadness.
On the EP, ODO share, “It’s about the complexity of being young, love, loss, joy, and disaster”.
