Berlin Festival 2014

Taking over Tempelhof Airport for one marathon 48-hour party on September 5-7, Berlin Festival promises to be one unforgettable weekend, soundtracked by only the most diverse, promising and talked-about acts from around the globe – and there are still more to be announced.

Catch Woodkid, Moderat, Editors, Sven Väth, DARKSIDE, Warpaint, Jessie Ware, Kid Ink, Bombay Bicycle Club, Trentmøller (live), DJ Koze, Chase and Status (DJ set), Crystal Fighters, Digitalism, Neneh Cherry & Rocketnumbernine, Ellen Allien, Mount Kimbie, Hudson Mohawke, Foreign Beggars, Rustie, Jimmy Edgar and many more for the weekend’s festivities.

Berlin Festival has teamed up with local institutions to create a real Berlin city spirit. Berlin Festival’s partner festival First We Take Berlin will showcase the very best up-and-coming talent with its own airfield stage featuring HVOB, Highasakite, Rüfüs and more. Club institution Yaam hosts the Yaam Yard, boasting international culinary specialities, chill-out area plus open-air stage. Splash!-Mag curates part of the programme, bringing Motrip, Taktloss, Karate Andi, DJ Stickle, Edgar Wasser & Fatoni and Retrogott & Hulk Hodn to Tempelhof. Berlin’s LGBT favourites SchwuZ brings its London Calling party, with karaoke from Sampson’s Cherry-O-Kie and so much still to be announced.
