Formatik Records is all about serving up them big club smashes and now they do so again. Behind the barrelling beats are David Keno – a Berlin based producer who has a great Discography that takes in many top labels – & Dalson. Here they offer a massive cut that is fun as it is functional and feature some big hitting samples.
First up is Black Betty, which features vocal samples form the ubiquitous pop hit. They get married to some barrelling, banging beats that will inject any floor with real energy and fist pumping madness. It is a big opener that gets followed up by an equally devastating remix from Robosonic. He is a tried and tested remixer that always comes correct and here he does so again with frazzled bass stabs, a liquid groove and darkened vocals that will rip dance floors apart.
