Following on from a string of official remixes for the likes of Rufus, Snakehips and Marc Talein – UK based DJ/producer, Braxton, gears up for the release of his latest record ‘Body’.
Laced with an infectious, rolling bassline – ‘Body’ taps into rich piano chords, paving way to a series of glossy vocal hooks throughout. First appearing in The Magician’s ‘Magictape 61’, it has since become one of the most highly anticipated tracks of recent months. ‘Body’ builds upon the contemporary, house-infused sounds that Braxton has cleverly mastered over the past few years and rounds off yet another indescribable summer of music.
With that said, Braxton is set to reveal an underground edit of ‘Body’ very soon – proving his production skills alone have the capacity to translate to the depths of every club set.
About Braxton:
Hailing from Brighton, Braxton quickly caught the attention from BBC Radio 1 tastemakers Pete Tong, MistaJam and Danny Howard, along with international DJs for his debut release ‘21 Days’. That, alongside past remixes for the likes of Kyla La Grange, Blonde, Chloe Black & Tourist – Braxton has caused a global stir. Not forgetting his 4-track EP on MTA Records with tracks including ‘Something About You’ & ’Stronger’ – a track that was described by BBC Radio 1XTRA’s Mistajam as “the best house record MTA have released since Ben Pearce – What I Might Do” – and unforgettable guest mixes for THUMP, Fabriclive & Beatport.
