Borgeous – Invincible: Remix EP

Fresh from his UK number 1 single, Borgeous is quickly making waves in the Electronic Dance Music scene as a top class music producer and DJ. His keen ear and innate talent to produce a provocative, textured sound has made people take notice. His UK number 1 “Tsunami (Jump)” which saw him team up with Tinie Tempah and Canadian duo Dvbbs is one of the biggest tracks of 2014 and has charted Worldwide! Swedish producer StoneBridge, is no stranger to a great remix, having been responsible for that ever so popular riff on the 90s classic “Show Me Love” by Robin S. Here, Stone puts his signature twist on the track, combining his classic sounds and tight production for this main room grinder. In short, everything we have come to expect from Stone.

Fresh off the back of their remix for Ellie Goulding’s “Beating Heart”, North London trio Dexcell bring their signature rolling Drum ‘n Bass sound to the track. Racing hi-hats combine with a bouncing synth line to create a perfect platform for the original vocal to shine. This, coupled with the laid back yet deep, brooding bass line makes this a dynamic addition to the package. Sure to be a firm favourite for all D’n’B heads out there.

Tough Love have rapidly risen through the ranks of the house scene. Their distinct, recognisable productions together with energetic and bass-heavy DJ sets have created a cult following of hardcore fans across the UK and beyond. Their remix effort here is no exception, a subtle stripped-back yet satisfying combination of 90s piano stabs, creative drum patterns and bouncing garage chords that would be equally at home in headphones or on the dance floor.

Although young in years, his production is as sharp and experienced as the big boys, growing him a huge global fanbase, including superstar Tiesto, who always plays Steerner’s music in his live sets.
