Brunch in the City Reveal 2018 Series

After selling out every event in the 2017, Brunch -In The City returns for the 2018 season on March 11 and 25, April 22, May 27 and June 10 at Poble Espanyol. 

Expanding the scope in 2018, Brunch -In The City will feature two dance-floors allowing for increased depth and breadth of artists including: Larry Heard aka Mr Fingers (live), Maya Jane Coles, Henrik Schwarz Live, Robert Hood, Apparat (DJ Set), Actress b2b Mount Kimbie (B2B DJ), Move D, Lone, Shanti Celeste, Byron the Aquarius, Prins Thomas , HAAi, Special Request, Lazare Hoche, Molly, Isabella, Terr Chez Ed, Nølah (Live), Baldo, Asaf Samuel, Alicia Carrera, Sano and DB .

Always seeking to offer unique and diverse experiences to it's audience, Brunch -In The City will be travelling on April 8 and May 13 to a stunning new location: the Petit Amphitheater Del Mar (Parc del Fòrum). Through this move Brunch will be able to increase the scope and ambition of it's offering with two dance-floors by the sea, extended gourmet food options with over 10 food trucks, increased activities for the Petit Brunch program and a larger Market space. In this new location the music program will expand to a full 9-hours of party, beginning at 13.00 and finishing at 22.00. The first event on April 8 will feature Lil' Louis, Mr. G (live), Leon Vynehall, Virginie, Kamma, Damame, Diego Gamez and Marc Gimeno and the second event on May 13 sees Omar-S,  Mr. Scruff, Jasper James,  Marcello Giodani b2b DJ Zero, and Ivy Barkakati at the sea-view location.

Again in 2018 Brunch -In The City will seek to showcase women in the electronic music industry with every lineup including at least one female artist, seeking to provide a visibility for both established and emerging role-models in electronic music and supporting the local community.

As part of Brunch's continued commitment to community engagement, this season Petit Brunch will return with a family-friendly program of unconventional activities for children and parents, allowing a love of contemporary electronic music to be shared across generations. Returning for 2018 as part of this program will be the Kids DJ Workshop, providing the Petit Brunch participants an opportunity to develop their inner-artists as they are taught the fundamentals of beat-matching and scratching. After the days' festivities of Brunch -In The City conclude, the after-party par excellence begins at Nitsa with  Bonus Track. Each event is hosted by a combination of Nitsa residents and a special artist invited by Brunch taken from the lineup of that day and runs until 06.00

In the effort of being part of as well as promoting a more sustainable and socially conscious future, Brunch continues to develop it's involvement in Re-Cup recyclable glasses to reduce waste generated through the events.
