Burger & Lobster invite you to discover your Second Self at an exclusive launch event to mark the opening of their Threadneedle Street restaurant. They will be taking their vibrant restaurant experience to the next level through cutting-edge DJ sets from leading UK talent featured on their store playlists.
Guests will be among the first to experience the awe-inspiring home of the new Burger & Lobster addition; once the London County & Westminster Bank, the Edwardian building boasts incredible architecture and has been revived and reinvented into a space of creative hedominsm worthy of a Roman symposium.
Award-winning Scottish DJ Jackmaster tops the bill, bringing his notoriously eclectic set to the night’s proceedings. From the lost Dance Mania gems he spends his time unearthing to forgotten Disco tracks to straight-up house and techno sets, the Numbers co-founder has more options up his sleeve than just about any other DJ out there – and a rare knack for connecting seemingly disparate style.
Support on the night will come courtesy of flamboyant musical collective Cirque Du Soul, who promise to bring colour, energy, magic and dance in their burlesque meets bass set – expect the freshest in house, funk, soul, electro-swing, disco, garage and hip-hop.
Guests will also enjoy a vibrant set from West London twins The Menendez Brothers, who will play out deep house grooves, old school garage cuts and everything in between.
Burger & Lobster hosts Second Self on 14th May from 8pm-11:30pm, 52 Threadneedle Street, London EC2A 8AY.
Burger & Lobster will open its doors to the public on Threadneedle Street in late May.
