Pleasurekraft are to follow up their stunning remix of Booka Shade’s ‘Crossing Borders’ with another rework of equal prestige, this time in collaboration with hotly-tipped Swedish producer Tiger Stripes. Out now, their bold, charging remix of Cajmere’s ‘Satisfy’ showcases all the hallmarks of another underground classic in the making.
Built around a soulful, bouncy 4×4 template, the track fuses Pleasurekraft’s tech-house leanings with Tiger Stripes’ altogether deeper sounds to great effect. With charging rhythms and a stellar bass line all underpinned by neat, delicate percussion throughout, it serves as a bold and exciting new take on Cajmere’s original. Already receiving support from the likes of Jamie Jones, Hot Since ’82 and Nicole Moudaber, expect it to make a considerable impression on dance floors the world over.
With an extensive tour schedule, a series of Kraftek label showcases across North America and Europe and a new album scheduled for later in the year, Pleasurekraft are set to enjoy a landmark 2014.
