US-based producer SCHALA's breakout 2016 saw a raft of impressive EPs & singles on Enhanced Progressive, showing no sign of slowing down SCHALA is back with a fresh 2-track EP 'Chalice / Alpha Shear'.

Forcefully carving a loyal new following thanks to his powerful, gritty Progressive sound, SCHALA's ever-impressive production skills are back on show with 'Chalice'. Techy, rolling saws combine with elegant leads to form a typically SCHALA-esque production suited to mid-set euphoria.

Completing the EP is B-side 'Alpha Shear' – taking on another rolling bassline, 'Alpha Shear' explores SCHALA's intricate style even further, intensely layered and smoothly building throughout, SCHALA's second track resorts to a tougher approach whilst retaining his trademark melodic prowess to tie off the EP with an accomplished bang.
