Detroit's Filthiest begins 2018 straight out the gate with another House banger.
‘Champagne Music’ follows on from the mighty ‘Handprint’ released on Defected and the gorgeous ‘Midnight Funk Association’ (also the name of a segment from the legendary Electrifying Mojo’s radio show; a nod to his Detroit roots) on his own MCEC label in December.
‘Champagne Music’ is a soulful, funky, and sexy track with all the right ingredients. Its old-school ‘70s vibe with epic sweeps of strings and brass reminds you of the good old days of afros and bell-bottoms. So raise your glass, make a toast and then shake your ass on the floor.
