Often described as a 'Massive Attack for the next generation', the band have already won over an assorted army of fans from Diplo and Nitin Sawhney through to Liam Howlett and Mike Skinner, with profound tastemaker iD praising their ‘levels of genius’.
"Engine-Earz is back in a seriously beautiful way…" i-D
"a producer who wasn't afraid to take a sabbatical from the music scene and really hone in on the direction he wants to take his sound – both sonically and creatively…" Dummy
Its been a while since Engine-Earz' last activity, however we've been promised a full album to drop this year. This sound illustrates a new direction for both artist and the Circus label, however if this first poignant cut is anything to go by we can expect a stunning and diverse collection of tracks from the pioneering producer.
Never one to rest on his laurels, Prash has also been busy in the studio collaborating on other projects, including mixing and mastering newcomer Jorja Smith’s debut ‘Blue Lights’, a track that has achieved meteoric success, and reached No.1 on Spotify’s UK Viral Charts.
