Charlie Freeman, the London-based singer-songwriter and co-founder of JBJ Studio, has unveiled his new EP, Reconnection. The four-track project showcases Freeman’s growth as an artist, combining soulful vocals with a blend of rock, Britpop, and Americana influences. Freeman describes the EP as a reflection on connection, truth, and personal transformation.
Reconnection serves as a bridge to Freeman’s upcoming album, Gift in the Shadows, set for release at the end of 2025. The project has already received early acclaim from critics, with Indie Pulse noting Freeman’s “fun-loving zeal for life” and his ability to create music that resonates deeply with listeners.
In addition to the EP, Freeman has announced a global tour spanning Europe, North and South America. These shows promise immersive experiences that combine live music with elements of meditation and spiritual reflection, highlighting Freeman’s commitment to making music a transformative and connective experience for audiences worldwide.
