Southern Fried continues to impress in 2016 with a new EP from London based production and DJ duo Dorsia, evolving their modern house sound with their 2nd release on the label.
In just two years since debuting their first release the pair have picked up support from the likes of Bicep and Tensnake with releases on Loft, Chasing Unicorns and of course Southern Fried Records. The duo have also played a string of Room 1 Fabric gigs and have hosted their own Dorsia and Friends party in Hackney. With a focus on melody and a keen dance floor sensibility, they are a fast rising act who are sure to pick up plenty of new fans with this EP.
Opener ‘Chateau D’if’ is deep and atmospheric, with moody chords and a spacious groove. On the flip, ‘Anxious’ is a love laced house tune with big chords, slinky percussion and rubber kicks that will win over any main room crowd.
Chateau D’if is available 29th April on Southern Fried.
