The video for 'Cheikh Mat' has been directed by Sander Houtkruijer who has recently worked with Thomas Azier – Angelene, Asaf Avidan – One Day / Reckoning Song (Wankelmut Remix) and Floating Points – Nespole + many others.
EP1 is mesmerizing, intense, abrasive and a deeply beautiful offering all at the time. LYAM’s work is a loving ode to dark and mysterious works, video games soundtracks, architecture and minimalist design.
