Nora En Pure - Conquer Yosemite EP

Looking back at 2016 as her most prolific year to date, dance music’s leading lady Nora En Pure strides into the New Year with a fresh and diverse 4-track EP, ‘Conquer Yosemite’ – out now via Enormous Tunes.

Opening the EP with her meticulous creation, ‘Diving With Whales’, which has been lighting up the airwaves since its pre-release in December and premiere on Pete Tong’s BBC Radio 1 show. The atmospheric piece instantly became a fan favourite in her live sets and radio shows. ‘Caught In The Act’ is a sumptuous cut that is built up with rich layers of instrumentals and alluring vocals, creating a funk-infused dance floor number that will get the crowds moving from the very first beat. Nora’s next offering, ‘Make Me Love You’, further demonstrates her innate ability to deliver productions that are both delicate and hard-hitting at the same time. Pairing gentle piano chords with a bouncing bassline, this production gleams at every turn. ‘Freedom Lives Within’ takes the EP to a lofty realm, flowing with airy synths and tropical percussion. Lacing the piece with animal sounds and a soft female vocal piece, this track will transport the listener to a place of pure bliss.

Providing the perfect insight into Nora En Pure’s majestic soundscapes, the Conquer Yosemite EP is both a reflection of her tours across the globe throughout last year, and her South African roots. With her tour schedule filling up rapidly, Nora is gearing up to make a slew of festival appearances, including playing at the legendary Coachella Festival in April.
