With About That 2, Damian Rausch returns to the roots of his signature deep house sound while exploring new ground. The EP follows his debut About That on Whoyostro and continues the journey with a reimagined version of the title track, where warm grooves, hypnotic vocals and subtle atmospheres meet a clear nod to the 90s.
The second track, Energy, was previously released on Chez Damier’s House of Chez as a vinyl edition. Leaning more towards electro, it incorporates original Giorgio Moroder elements provided through Chez, giving the production a distinctive character that connects electronic heritage with a modern edge.
Completing the EP, Someone Is Watching and If You Love Me move into a more emotional, almost epic direction, expanding the release beyond the club into deeper listening experiences.
