Dan McKie is a DJ and producer based in Ibiza, originally from Newcastle, UK. He is a signed Pacha Recordings Touring DJ/Artist. He currently has collaborations with Roger Sanchez, D.O.N.S. and Luca Lento. He remixed the likes of The Whip, Stonebridge, Rogue Elements, Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, Lady Gaga, Carmen Electra and many more.
Dan McKie this time asks for more and the initials DP in the artist name stand for Dolly Parton, the queen of country music (and Miley Cyrus’ godmother!). Her “Silver Dagger” is now “Dagger”, a fantastic House track that at a certain point leaves the stage just to the fresh country original sound, an untouched moment that brings the dance production to be even more enveloping and sophisticated. That’s what we call the sound for the perfect moment.
