Dutch DJ and producer Iason Chronis (aka Mason) has unveiled his brand-new single, ‘Dance, Shake, Move’; and upbeat funk-led production, out today.
A vibrant floorfiller which utilises a deep bassline, and slick female vocal, the track serves as an uptempo groove production, and follows up to his recent record ‘Rhino’, which was chosen as BBC Radio 1’s Hottest Record, having been released on iconic house label Defected Records.
Having started his career with a UK No3 record ‘Perfect Exceeder’, Mason has since hit the Beatport Number #1 spot in with his single "Papapapa", and has garnered worldwide acclaim for his ability to merge between the dance and urban worlds, collaborating with UK grime artist Stefflon Don on the release of ‘Fashion Killa’, which reached the number #4 position on the UK dance chart.
Having also mixed and compiled the Toolroom Miami Poolside, Mason has proved himself equally adept at reworking popular original tracks, having remixed artists such as Sting, Mike Mago, Matt Zo and Martin Solveig.
Playing live shows as well as DJ sets across festivals such as Tomorrowland, Nature One, Creamfields, Global Gathering and clubs such as Fabric, Ministry Of Sound, Green Valley, Air and many others in more than 50 countries around the world, Mason is set to embark on another hectic touring schedule in 2018, bringing his dutch tour to Zwolle, Arnhem, Amsterdam, and Eindhoven throughout Spring, with further dates already locked in for Mysteryland, and UK’s We Are FSTVL on the second May bank holiday weekend.
