Following on from his Ferra EP release, Daniel James returns to his personal imprint to release two new tracks: “Raahket” and “Hymns & Heirs”.
Both productions revolve around different takes on broken-beat techno, yet contrast each other in energy and tone.
“Raahket” quickly displays it’s heavy-duty intention through its sizzling baseline, metallic shimmering lead, cold striking percussive hits and euphoric vocal stabs. On the other side, “Hymns & Heirs” brings a more melodic tone complete with metallic bleeps, soft pads and a rhythmic lead, all atop it’s compelling groove.
Out now on Le Nouveau Romantiques Records, don’t miss it!
