As an ID, it hit the #1 position on DMC World’s Miami Buzz Chart and has been receiving plays from the likes of Hardwell, Martin Garrix, Avicii, Tiesto, Bassjackers, Afrojack, Blasterjaxx, Fedde Le Grand, David Guetta, W&W, Nervo, Judge Jules, Showtek and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike; all the while, the internet has been going into meltdown trying to work out who would be pulling the trigger on the next big hit from Spinnin’ Records – Bullet. With the leading favourite, Sander Van Doorn, fully behind the track too, the big reveal came on Oliver Heldens’ latest ‘Heldeep Radio Show’ as the producer was revealed to be Spinnin’s very own Danny Howard.
Fresh off the back of a #1 Dance Anthems album, Danny Howard has returned to the studio for his next solo release, Bullet. Impressing an array of the industry’s biggest names with the track’s rolling, future house sound, the track remained an ID until this weekend and the extensive online debates regarding the track’s owner is testament to the high standard of production.
Gearing up for another huge summer of festivals and appearances in Ibiza, Howard started the year taking his Nothing Else Matters brand on tour for the very first time with the likes of Philip George, 99 Souls, Annie Mac, GotSome and Disciples. Showcasing the underground house sound that he has been championing for the last 18 months, Bullet bridges the gap between last year’s Beatport top 10 release, Romani, with Futuristic Polar Bears, and the house sound that Danny’s live sets are known for.
