David Guetta’s Dangerous receives soulful makeover from Robin Schulz

To coincide with the release of David Guetta’s brand new single ‘Dangerous’ ft. Sam Martin and the announcement of his forthcoming album ‘Listen’, breakthrough German producer Robin Schulz has crafted his own exclusive new remix.

After scoring a landmark seventh UK #1 single with ‘Lovers On The Sun’, a track that also topped charts in France, Germany, Austria and Finland and boasted Platinum streams in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, ‘Dangerous’ is a single that represents Guetta’s ability to pair solid dance music credibility with chart ingenuity, although Schulz’ rework treads a more soulful, club-focused path.

Built around deep, thick-edged bass, looped violin samples & delicate, intermittent key melodies, Schulz’ remix is squarely aimed at the floor, although retains a wonderfully mellow, ambient feel that compliments the classic funk of Guetta’s incredible original mix.
