2Drop Records boss Mirco Caruso drops two energetic house cuts entitled ‘Dealer EP’ on Haze Records this May, with a remix from label founder Loui B.
Joining the likes of Mike Vale, Hauswerks, Angel Anx, Disobey and Azz! Johnston, Caruso’s arrival on Haze Records continues Haze Records’ consistent release schedule from high quality producers. The Swiss artist continues to turn heads himself with appearances on labels like Audiojack’s Gruuv, Nervous Records, Simone Vitullo’s Go Deeva Records, Safe Music and Hive Audio, when not helming his own 2Drop Records imprint.
A moody roller from the off, ‘Dealer’ demonstrates crunchy drums, distorted vocal samples and a rumbling low-end assembled with the peaktime in mind, making way for the remix from the UK’s LOUI B who generates a compelling groove with intricate percussion and sci-fi inspired effects. Tying it all together, the high-octane ‘Bandit’ blends squelchy acid with mesmerizing voice murmurs and trippy atmospherics.
Mirco Caruso’s ‘Dealer EP’ drops via Haze Records on 2nd May 2018.
