Wavedash - Deathwish

NGHTMRE and SLANDER take the next step in their bass revolution by turning their Gud Vibrations imprint into a record label, launching with their first single "Deathwish" by WAVEDASHwhich features vocals from fknsyd. The track encapsulates the Gud Vibrations brand with a medley of melodic and heavy elements; breathy vocals in the track's intro give way to an assaulting array of intense percussion and heavy bass for a sonic journey that feels a little like an apocalyptic version of Romeo & Juliet. WAVEDASH has worked with both NGHTMRE and SLANDER earlier this year on "Grave" and "Move Back," making the Texas-based trio a perfect choice for NGHTMRE and SLANDER's label's debut. WAVEDASH is set to become the first protege of Gud Vibrations, with their newest EP, Opening Ceremony, set to be released on the label later this year. "Deathwish" is only the first of what is sure to be many incredible tracks on Gud Vibrations. Follow the label’s socials to see what they have up their sleeves.

Since starting their careers 4 years ago, NGHTMRE and SLANDER have been rapidly rising to the top with a combination of successful solo releases and collaborations with Wiz Khalifa, Asking Alexandria, Dillon Francis, The Chainsmokers, PnB Rock on major labels such as Mad Decent, Monstercat, Warner Music, Sony Music. When they released their original track "Gud Vibrations," in 2016 they had no idea that it would inspire the movement it has today. Gud Vibrations has since evolved into a multi-event series, including sold out shows at Hollywood Palladium, NOS Event Center, Miami Music Week; lifestyle brand; radioshow and now a record label. Welcoming WAVEDASH as the first official member of the family, Gud Vibrations has many exciting things in the works for 2019. Keep an eye on NGHTMRE, SLANDER and Gud Vibrationsas the brand continues to blow up!

Hot off the release of multiple heavy hitting collaborations, WAVEDASH continued their rapid progression in 2018 with their EP, Devil Music, on Mat Zo's Mad Zoo imprint. WAVEDASHinitially garnered attention via OWSLA comp stand out, "Bang," which lead to heavy support from Skrillex, Kill The Noise, and more. Continuing their ascent into the upper echelons of dance music, the Texas-based trio have quickly amassed a following within electronic music thanks in large part to a meticulous attention to detail in their dynamic, youthful, and often turbulent productions.
