Deep Cuddle’s The Way You Love Me rolls in on a thick, unhurried bassline, all low-end sway and easy shuffle.
A strange little vocal loop bobs along the surface, catchy in that way you can’t quite explain, equal parts hook and inside joke. It’s deep house with a sunburn, relaxed enough for poolside but sturdy enough to nudge a dancefloor into motion.
With over two decades shaping the city’s underground and releases on his Penthouse Audio Group label, he’s got a knack for building grooves that stick. Following Smoothjaxx, Frequency, Need You, and Put Your Faith In Me, this latest cut feels like the sound of him loosening his grip – just enough to let a grin slip through.
Keep an eye on Deep Cuddle for the remainder of 2025 – there’s a lot more to come.
