For six days and seven nights in August a record number of Defected fans, house heads of all generations and over 80 world-class DJs and musicians gathered for the third instalment of Defected Croatia.
Travelling from Colombia, Japan, USA, Norway, Australia, Israel, Canada, Brazil, New Zealand and throughout Europe for a week dedicated to the best house music offerings in the world, festival-goers were treated to headline sets from Masters At Work, Claptone, Basement Jaxx, Spen & Karizma, Dimitri From Paris, Franky Rizardo and Roger Sanchez. In the sunshine, twice-daily boat parties that had been sold out months in advance were a highlight for many, hosting the likes of Honey Dijon, Todd Terry, Simon Dunmore B2B Brian Tappert, Sam Divine, Low Steppa, Melvo Baptiste and Dennis Cruz.
Those not able to make it to The Garden in Tisno were invited to tune in to live streams in full HD across all six days of the festival, via Defected’s Facebook and YouTube channels. The live feeds were streamed from all the main festival areas – Main Stage, Olive Grove, Beach Stage and boat parties. The full streams are being made available on the Defected YouTube page:
