Defected In The House at BoOom Ibiza – full line-up announcemnt
Ahead of next week’s Opening Party on 20 May at BoOom! Ibiza, we can now proudly reveal full line-ups for the entire 2014 summer season.
Confirmed to play over the 20 weeks of the biggest and most ambitious Defected In The House season to date are Masters at Work, MK, Noir, Nick Curly, Jesse Rose, FCL and krankbrother. Also confirmed are a number of new additions to the Defected programme, including Toddla T, Pleasurekraft and Ben Pearce and, demonstrating Simon Dunmore’s resolve to “access a broader talent pool and evolve our line-ups”.
And not forgetting fans of Defected’s longstanding acts, Sam Divine – official resident for the season – and Copyright will also be making several appearances throughout the season – full line-ups for each of the parties are listed below.
With Breach, Kenny Dope, Guti, Nic Fanciulli – whose In The House mix album is dropping this July – Dennis Ferrer, Oliver $, Catz ‘n Dogz and Secondcity, previously announced as playing for Defected over the season, these latest confirmations solidify the 2014 Ibiza season as the label’s strongest to date.
The Defected line-ups tie in with a string of significant records from many of the artists playing. Oliver $ and Jimi Jules’ ‘Pushing On’ is already shaping up to be an summer sensation, while Secondcity’s ‘I Wanna Feel’ looks set to follow suit. FCL meanwhile drop new remixes of their seminal anthem ‘It’s You’, with new versions from the likes of Mousse T and Hercules & Love Affair promising to once again set the White Isle alight. Finally, MK’s ‘Always’ aims to emulate the runaway success of the legendary producer’s ‘Look Right Through’ remix from last year.
BoOom! Ibiza has been steadily refined since its inaugural year in 2013, with clubbers able to experience the world’s first Pioneer Club Sound System, improvements to the club’s state-of-the-art lighting and visual installation alongside a variety of developments that will enhance the overall experience.
